Public Building	Not sure. Appears to be in a state of extreme flux. Most of the time, yes. You can delete other's property.
Building Objects	To my knowledge, the same as AlphaWorld. Also able to use "Z" objects.

Opinions

Well, I can honestly say the grass is green and the company is aplenty in this all-too-strange-and-wild place. When I arrived, an army of "Cy" and bird avatars greeted me.

This is the place for those citizens of the ARA persuasion to go to, since you are allowed to delete anyone else's property! It's a lot of fun.
